Refund policy

I want you to love your piece. Because each item is handmade with care, please review the policy below before purchasing.


Returns

I have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Linda’s Love Work is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Tracking is recommended.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact me within 48 hours if:

  • Item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Photos may be requested. If approved, I will repair, replace, or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Because jewelry is personal wear and many pieces are one-of-a-kind, the following are final sale:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Remade pieces created upon request

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Wear & Care Responsibility

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by water, perfume, lotions, or chemicals

  • Tarnishing from normal wear

  • Breakage due to improper storage or handling

Jewelry care instructions are provided to help extend the life of your piece.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original (once approved) and place a new order.


In-Person Event Purchases

Items purchased at in-person events or markets are final sale unless damaged at time of purchase.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
