Order Processing

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing.

Custom or made-to-request pieces may have longer processing times. Estimated timelines for custom items are listed in the product description.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Methods

Orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or a comparable carrier, depending on destination and package size.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.


Delivery Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Linda’s Love Work is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Linda’s Love Work is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal carrier.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Each case is handled individually, and we will work toward a fair resolution.
